another HTML post

I’m checking out the Atom text editor. I’m not really going to do a whole review, I’m just typing away, thinking through some of its options.

So it’s a while later now. Let me see if I can freewrite more productively.

I’m back at it after teaching my class this morning. I had maybe 6 or 7 students show up, and one of them has been dropped from the class already. I don’t know what happened over the course of the semester, but the attendance was atrocious all term.

It is 9:30, and only one student has shown up. I am going to write for five minutes and then see where we are with these kids. Usually there are two yound women who come early. Today, the only person who showed up on time is someone who is usually late.

For the second day now I have posted something in the morning only to not see it show up on the blog. I thought Jekyll rebuilt the site every time I made a commit to the master.

I’m procrastinating right now, writing a blog post when I should be working on my PowerPoint notes for tomorrow’s class on World War II. I just can’t face another photo of Stalin right now. Dude gives me the creeps.

I’m writing this post just to test what went wrong with the post I wrote this morning. Sounds confused, but it makes sense to me.
